Hi, I am Anna Collis. I have been a Remedial Massage therapist for 10 years and have a passion for helping people with pain and tension. Over the years I have learned many techniques which have helped me now specialize in helping with neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain and restrictions, lower back and hip pain. Along with remedial massage I also do dry needling when needing to release muscles at a deeper level.

I also offer energy healing modalities as I found that when we are stressed and our minds are busy and full of chatter we can’t let go of the tension that we are holding in our bodies. I have found that in those cases remedial massage and energy healing combinations work wonders for releasing the tension in our bodies and stress in our minds, allowing deeper release and longer lasting results.
