Kat
Beginner Yoga (1hr) | Mon 5:30pm & Tue 5:30am Aligned Flow (1hr) | Mon 7:30pm
My name is Katharina and I’m a qualified Yoga Teacher for both adults and children and have been deeply immersed in yoga for many years. My journey with yoga began from a very personal place. As a teenager, I faced ongoing health challenges that left me feeling physically and emotionally disconnected. Over time, yoga and mindfulness became the tools that helped me rebuild that connection to regain strength, find stillness and approach life with greater clarity and self-compassion. Yoga truly helped me refocus and heal.
I offer clear, gentle guidance and always invite you to honour your own pace. Everyone is different, and every day is different—your practice should reflect that. With a strong focus on mindful movement, safe alignment and body awareness, each session encourages you to move in a way that feels right for you.

Amy
Yin Yoga (1hr) | Tue 5:30pm
My love for yoga began in my early twenties. What started as a personal practice soon grew into a deep passion — one that I knew I wanted to share with others. Teaching yoga allows me to help people find peace, relaxation, and positivity both on and off the mat.
I believe in a holistic approach to life — what we cultivate during our practice, we can carry into our everyday moments. Through mindful movement and breath, I hope to help you create space, balance, and a sense of calm within.
When I’m not on the mat, I’m a full-time mum to a spirited five-year-old boy and a curious two-year-old girl who keep me joyfully on my toes.

Stacey
Vinyasa Flow (1hr) | Fri 5:30pm & Sat 8:00am
I first came to the mat out of necessity, not curiosity. I was completely burned out, dealing with chronic lower back pain. The physical practice started as a way to stretch, but it was the sudden, profound stillness I found in Savasana that truly hooked me. Yoga wasn't just a workout; it was the first place I ever learned to breathe deeply and regulate my own nervous system. I teach today to share that essential tool of self-regulation with everyone who feels overwhelmed.
I try to offer a compassionate and safe space for all bodies to explore the healing power of yoga. Specializing in Vinyasa, my classes are deeply rooted in breath awareness and self-acceptance. I try to provide sequences and practices to promote nervous system regulation and deep release, making them perfect for students managing stress or simply needing a moment of pause. I have a playful energy and a focus on building sustainable strength from the inside out. I believe that yoga should meet you exactly where you are. Take a moment for yourself and discover profound rest in a class with me.
