While Kal is away in India, her classes will continue to be held with care and intention — 9:45am with Irina and 5:30pm with Novia. We’re so grateful to have these beautiful teachers supporting the space, and we look forward to sharing practice with you during this time. BYO Yoga Mat and Blanket

Cancellation Policy
• Please book ahead to secure your spot. • Arrive 10 minutes early; late entry isn’t guaranteed once class starts. • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class. • Bring your own mat/props where possible (shared props available). • Switch phones to silent before entering the studio. • Let your teacher know of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy. Memberships & Passes • Passes and memberships are non-transferable & non-refundable. • Direct Debit Memberships require a 12-week minimum before suspension/cancellation. • Memberships can be suspended for up to 8 weeks total (travel/illness/injury). Form + 2 weeks’ notice required. • No discounts on Direct Debit Memberships or Introductory Passes.
